  • Businesses and government agencies must make an appointment in advance – call (530) 528-1103 to schedule
  • Small fees apply

Event Location:

  • Tehama County/Red Bluff Landfill HHW Facility 19995 Plymire Road, Red Bluff

Passenger Tire Collection Events are on select dates and locations. Please note the following restrictions:

  • No truck OR equipment tires
  • No more than nine tires per load per Department of Transportation regulations
  • No tires from Tire Generating Business

Tehama County Solid Waste Management Agency (JPA II) Full Board meetings are at 8:30 AM (except for special meetings) in the Tehama County Board of Supervisors Chambers at 727 Oak St., Red Bluff.

Tehama County Solid Waste Management Agency (JPA II) Executive Committee meetings are at 3:00 PM at either the Tehama County Solid Waste Management Agency Office or Corning City Council Chambers.

Tehama County Integrated Waste Management Task Force (AB 939) (TCIWMTF (AB 939)) meetings are held semi-annually in the Tehama County Solid Waste Management Agency Office at 20000 Plymire Road, Red Bluff.
