Meet Our Team of Investigators

Chief Investigator 

Jeff Wing

Chief Investigator Jeff Wing is a Marine Corps veteran and experienced law enforcement officer with service in patrol, investigations, narcotics enforcement, and school resource programs. Throughout his career, he has served the community through proactive investigations, training leadership, and participation on the Tehama Interagency SWAT Team. His dedication to public safety earned him recognition as Bureau of Investigation Officer of the Year. 

Lieutenant Brett McAllister.

Lt. McAllister currently has 30 years of public safety experience in Law Enforcement, EMS and as a
Volunteer Firefighter. Lt. McAllister began his Law Enforcement career as a reserve with the Lake Shastina Police Department, before being hired full time by the Red Bluff Police Department. There, he worked as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Narcotic Agent and Detective.

Lt. McAllister has worked for both Shasta and Tehama County District Attorney’s Offices in a variety of assignments.
