To schedule an inspection please login to the portal or call our inspection line at (530) 527-4928

(We do our best to accomodate AM/PM inspection requests but during high volumn times, your request may not be honored)

Please be prepared to be onsite for your inspection by 8:00 a.m.

Please remember you must have someone onsite for your inspection 

If you would like to confirm your inspection and get a 2 hour courtesy inspection arrival window, you can call the the Building Department on the day of your scheduled inspection after 8:00 am @ (530) 527-7002.

You must schedule the inspection before 4:30 pm the business day before the date the inspection is requested.  All clearances need to be approved by required county agencies before a FINAL inspection can be performed.

You will need the following information when scheduling the inspection: 

• PERMIT NUMBER
• TYPE OF INSPECTION
• DATE INSPECTION NEEDED
• SITE ADDRESS
• PHONE NUMBER OF CONTACT PERSON
